Ingredients
- 2 cans Frozen coconut milk (12 oz. cans)
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
Directions
Combine cornstarch, sugar, and salt. Add 1/2 cup of coconut milk and blend to smooth paste.
Heat remaining milk and add cornstarch mixture. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring often until thickened.
Pour into pan (8″x8″), cool, and refrigerate to harden.
Cut into 16 squares.
