Ingredients
- 5 pounds Chicken (bone-in or de-boned)
- 3 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Mochiko (can be found in most Asian sections)
- 1/2 cup Corn Starch
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onion
- 4 clove Garlic (mashed and minced)
- 1/2 cup Soy sauce
Directions
To make marinade: Beats eggs slightly;
Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Add chicken and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
You can fry, broil, or grill (on low heat to avoid burning). It also does well de-boned, cut in chunks, and placed on skewers.
