Ingredients
- 4 pounds Chicken Thighs
- 4 tablespoons Flour
- 4 tablespoons Mochiko
- 4 tablespoons Corn Starch
- 4 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 3/4 teaspoons Salt
- 5 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Oyster Sauce
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/4 cup Green Onions (1/4
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
Directions
Mix all ingredients well;
Marinade chicken for 2-hours in the refrigerator, turning several times;
Fry slowly in oil on medium heat, so you don't burn it.
TIP: While the recipe does not call for it, if you de-bone the thighs, you will find them much easier to cook without burning the outside, by reducing cooking time by about 6 minutes. Of course, if you fry them with the skin on, you can always discard the skin after cooking and lower your fat content in the process.
