Yaki Manju

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups Flour
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Vegetable oil
- 6 tablespoons Ice-cold Water
- 1 cup Tsubushi-an
Directions
Combine flour, salt, and sugar.
Add oil and ice water and mix thoroughly.
Separate dough into balls, approx. ping-pong ball size, and flatten in the palm of your hand.
Place a heaping teaspoonful of an (bean paste) into the center and bring edges up to completely surround an, pinch together to seal.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet about an inch apart and bake at 400F for approx. 25-30 min…check to see when slightly browned on top.
Remove and let cool.
Depending on size, will make a dozen.
